I'm not completely sure if this is a bug or not but whenever you get to the point where the Not So Lucky buff is activated from the slots it doesn't actually end after vanishing. If you decide to go over to a slot machine to continue working towards your prize you need the buff will instantly apply again after the first spin despite having waited 30 minutes for it to vanish. Usually the de-buff is supposed to show the entire downtime instead of instantly re-activating due to a hidden or broken mechanic.
