Once per day, you can pay one of them to give your Pokémon a relaxing massage, which will increase its Happiness (friendship). An animated dummy of your Pokémon will appear to show it enjoying the massage! Milli has a slightly lower chance for moderate results but gives the highest possible Happiness boost. If your Pokémon's Happiness is below 199, you have a 50% chance for +1 point, a 40% chance for +3 points, and a 10% chance for a massive +10 points.”
