The Choice Band is a type of held item introduced in Generation III. It is an in-battle effect item that greatly boosts the holder's Attack, but locks the holder to one move. When held by a Pokémon, it boosts the Pokémon's Attack by 50%, but only allows the use of the first move selected. This effect resets when the holder is withdrawn. |
