The Power Herb is a type of held item. If the holder uses a move that has a charging turn (except [url=https://www.rp-community.de/index.php?mod=pokemon&action=moves&id=507]Sky Drop[/url]), immediately after charging the move the user consumes the Power Herb and executes the final stage of the move. Because the charging stage is still performed, the Defense boost from [url=https://www.rp-community.de/index.php?mod=pokemon&action=moves&id=130]Skull Bash[/url] is still applied.
If a Pokémon uses [url=https://www.rp-community.de/index.php?mod=pokemon&action=moves&id=76]Solar Beam[/url] or [url=https://www.rp-community.de/index.php?mod=pokemon&action=moves&id=669]Solar Blade[/url] during harsh sunlight, it will not consume its held Power Herb. |
