This daily can be found on Route 4 (Inbetween Cerulean City and Mt. Moon). Unfortunately the quickest way to access the quest is to Fly to Pewter City and take the shortcut at the start of Mt. Moon to Route 4. You will need Rock Climb or Climbing Boots to get through it and access Mt. Moon Square.
You need to find 3 Mushrooms in the trees surrounding April. Remember each tree has 4 corners where a mushroom could be hidden, so make sure to check each of these…
Once you have collected 3 Mushrooms return to April and she will reward you.
