NPC Wise Odra appears only when you have the entire Genie Trio
You will need:
Thundurus level 75
Tornadus level 75
Landorus level 75
It is not necessary for these Pokemon to be your OT. You’ll need a Pokemon with the moves HM Surf and HM Waterfall.
Start from White Forest and head towards Route U14. Then go to the Abundant Shrine. Follow the directions below, you will meet in the end NPC Wise Odra.
Talk to her and show her Thundurus. Tornadus. Landorus and you will receive Reveal Glass.
