Inside the Winter Event, there are 6 Rocks that will need to blown up with dynamite. The NPC Miner Mick inside White Chambers will give you a stick of Dynamite everyday until you blow up all 6 Rocks. The first rock will be blown up as part of the Event storyline. The other 5 rock locations are as follow:

Deep Blue
Frosty Rise
Freezing Cold
