In Nimbasa City you will find the Small Court and the Big Statium where you can fight 5-6 NPCs daily. Every day there are other sports like Tennis, Basketball, Baseball, Football, Soccer. The Pokémon of the trainers are all between level 60-70.
It takes about 10 minutes to complete both facilities together. The Stadium and Court are perfect for training your Pokémon and increasing your Trainer Level.
