The Black Tower daily is located at the north end of Black City in Unova. You must have completed the BW1 storyline to be able to travel here.
Once inside the building you must speak to Jogar to start the quest. Your objective is to use the elevators to scale the building while defeating all 10 trainers inside. The first trainer’s Pokémon will be level 53, and each trainer after that will have their levels increased by 3, scaling up to 80 on the final floor. You can use bag items in battle until you reach the 6th floor, but you are also able to leave at any point without resetting your progress.
The trainers have a random set of Pokémon chosen from the list below and their levels increase as you reach higher floors in the building.
