Where to find Raikou?
Raikou can be found on the Southern part of Route 45, after you’ve collected all 8 badges.
⚠ Important: Be sure to know about Berry tricking before catching it to ensure you get the nature you want!
Step 1
First, you need to fly to Blackthorn City.
Step 2
Run to Route 45 and keep running south until you reach Eusine.
Talk to him and he will give you the quest to gather 25 crystals. To accomplish this, simply defeat wild Pokémon in the area.
Step 3
After gathering all the needed crystals (25), go back to Eusine.
Talk to the rock shown in the picture below to place the crystals.
Step 4
Now Raikou will appear and you are able to catch it!
