Where to find Zapdos?
Zapdos can be found in the Kanto Power Plant, you can catch it after obtaining HM Surf. Be sure to know about Berry tricking before catching it to ensure you get a nature you want!
First you need to fly to Route 10, then run upwards to the water and surf down to the power plant.
After entering the power plant, run north and then go right.
Here you’ll find Jimbo, who gives you a quest to generate enough energy to attract Zapdos.
To accomplish this, go interact with machines and beat wild Pokemon.
Generate in total 100 electricity and after finishing this task, you’ll get an electrizer and Zapdos will appear at the exit.
