Colress has 2 different main Pokémon: Mewtwo or Genesect. It will be chosen randomly between these two, plus 5 other Pokémon from his pool. You can choose 3 different difficulties: Beginner, Trainer, and Champion. The rewards scale to be much better on higher difficulties!
