In order to do these daily quests, you will need access to the Sevii Islands (by reaching trainer level 80 in Kanto) and have progressed the main quest up to the point where you can explore the island(s) of your choosing. These battles can be quite difficult for unprepared trainers, as the opposing Pokémon levels reach into the 80s and have 252 EVs allocated in every stat. There are five trainer gauntlets in total, listed below.
One Island (Kindle Road)
To begin the quest, speak to John Kindle at the beginning of Kindle Road. There are twelve trainers to defeat and their locations / Pokémon can be found in the dropdowns below.

Three Island (Bond Bridge)
