Liberty Island

This guide is for Liberty Island in Unova that can be accessed after you obtained the Liberty Pass that drops for the 3 Unova dragons. Once the ticket is obtained, go-to Castelia City and go to the far left dock and talk to Sailor Samuel.

Secret of Liberty Island

Talk to Victini to finish the Liberty Island Quest. You can either Catch or Run from Victini to finish the quest. Be sure to know about Berry tricking before catching it to ensure you get a nature you want!

ZorUa Side Quest

Liberty Island has a side quest that also starts in Castelia City. You need to head over the the Game Freak HQ building and go the the 22nd floor. Once there, you will see an NPC ???. You must have a Celebi in you party in the First slot. Once you talk to the NPC, he will leave the building and be at the same dock as Sailor Samuel. Talk to the NPC again, and he will go to Liberty Island. Be sure to know about Berry tricking before catching Zorua to ensure you get a nature you want!
